The Supreme Court of the United States is now confronted with another rule of law and related breaches arising from the election.
The argument appears to be that the swing states with questionable election law changes and practices enabling civil "fraud" have in a way disenfranchised- or watered down and undermine the efficacy of other voters and in this case in Texas. Texas is asking that the certified Electors be decertified. Citizens of Texas have had their due process and equal protection under the Constitution violated. This is significant.
Mark Levin has said this is a possible cause of action. Yet, there is a BUT...
Will the US Supreme Court uphold the rule of law and the US Constitution?
If it does, it will restore due process in democracy. Further it would be a victory over the Cloward and Piven based assault on the US electoral system and a futher victory over lawlessness and legal invalidity.
